Eisres brengt alleen een schrijven bij van haar raadsman van21 april 2015, waarin verwezen wordt naar eerdere briefwisseling tussen deze raadsman en de notaris, doch die briefwisseling wordt niet bijgebracht in huidige procedure, evenmin heeft de raadsman van conculant hiervan een kopie mogen ontvangen.

Nogthans is tussen raadslieden de gebruikelijk gang van zaken dat zij steeds een kopie van hun brieven aan notarissen, deskundigen, rechtbanken,...overmaken aan hun tegenstrever.
