De zussen zijn in Dordrecht geboren: Lisa op 21 juni 1994 en de tweeling Amy en Shelley op 18 oktober 1995. Op dit moment wonen ze in Fijnaart.

Met hun zelfgeschreven lied Adem in, adem uit behaalden ze in de Nederlandse voorronde voor het Junior Eurovisiesongfestival het maximale aantal van 36 punten. Ze wonnen van Zanna, Nigel & Ronaldo, Serge & Dion en Famke. Tijdens het Junior Eurovisiesongfestival 2007[1] in Rotterdam werden ze 11e.

Na dit optreden kregen ze een platencontract met EMI Music, gevolgd door een deal bij Cloud9. Inmiddels zijn ze met deze partijen gebroken om hun werk in eigen beheer te doen. O'G3NE heeft hits gescoord als Lisa, Amy en Shelley met de liedjes "Fout Ventje", "Boemerdeboem" en "Diep In de Nacht".

In 2014 deden de zusjes mee aan The voice of Holland als eerste drietal ooit in dit programma. Ze debuteerden hier onder de nieuwe bandnaam O'G3NE. Ze gingen door naar de tweede ronde onder leiding van Marco Borsato. Hun auditienummer, de Destiny's Child-versie van Emotion (origineel van Bee Gees), kwam een week na de auditie in de Tipparade. Het liedje bleef daar echter in steken en behaalde de Top 40 niet. Uiteindelijk wonnen ze de talentenjacht.
