Op 22 maart 2016 hebt u namens Y. Kase (hiern de vreemdeling) een aanvraag voor een verstrekgunning ingediend.
Hierbij bericht ik u dat ik van plan ben een verblijfsdocument aan de vreemdeling te verstrekken.

Het document zal onder meer de volgende gegeven gaan bevatten:
• De van 25 augustus 2011 tot 1 juni 2021
• De beperking: 'Verblijf als familie- of inslid bij T. Kase
• De arbeidsmarktaantekenin: Arbeid toegestaan, Twv niet vereist

Pasfoto, vingerafdrukken en handtekening
Voor het maken van het verblijfsdocument heeft de IND een pasfoto, vingerafdrukken en een handtekening van de vreemdeling nodig.
De vreemdeling moet daarom bij een IND-loket een pasfoto ten maken, zijn vingerafdrukken laten afnemen en zijn handtekening plaatsen.
Als de vreemdeling dit nog niet heeft gedaan, dan moet hij hiervoor alsnog
naar een IND-loket gaan.
Hiervoor hoeft de vreemdeling geen afspraak te maken.
