Bij inwilliging van het verzoek gel

Bij inwilliging van het verzoek geldt dit met ingang van het jaar waarin het verzoek is gedaan en tot wederopzegging door de belastingplichtige, waarbij wederopzegging alleen mogelijk is met ingang van het tiende jaar of een veelvoud daarvan na het einde van het jaar met ingang waarvan de winst uit zeescheepvaart wordt bepaald aan de hand van de tonnage.
