Ik moet voor mijn werk, vind ik, elk nieuw programma één keer bekijken. En als ik iets echt tof vind, ga ik op Uitzending Gemist de hele reeks bekijken. Er zijn alleen heel weinig programma’s waaraan je ziet dat de makers er achter staan. Er zijn teveel mensen in dit wereldje die net zo goed in een fabriek aan de lopende band kunnen staan; mensen die televisie maken niet meer zien als een creatief ambacht. Wat mij betreft kunnen er ook heel veel programma’s bij de publieke omroep wegbezuinigt worden. Er zitten daar teveel oude lullen die niet door hebben dat het allemaal veel goedkoper kan, fossielen die niet begrijpen dat er over dertig jaar waarschijnlijk niet meer zoiets is als het zaterdagavondentertainment zoals zij dat kennen.
