Indien u binnen de 14 dagen voorafg

Indien u binnen de 14 dagen voorafgaand aan een activiteit forfait moet geven kan er enkel nog sprake
zijn van terugbetaling indien u kan vervangen worden door iemand die op de wachtlijst staat. U dient zelf
contact te nemen met uw vervanger. De namen worden u doorgegeven door de organisator van het
evenement. Als er geen vervanging is worden de vaste en door de Personeelsvereniging vooraf gemaakte
kosten (bv. gids, bus, …) nooit terugbetaald.
Bij inschrijving moeten steeds de namen van alle deelnemers waarvoor u inschrijft, vermeld worden.
