Per project stelt de Commissie een werkgroep samen bestaande uit enkele deskundigen, een

Werkwijze Commissie:
De Commissie voor de m.e.r. is een bij wet ingestelde onafhankelijke adviseur bij m.e.r.-
procedures. Zij adviseert de overheid (het bevoegd gezag) over de inhoud en kwaliteit van
milieueffectrapporten (MER).
