Voor recht vast te stellen dat er slechts een deelse uitvoering was van de heer Beernaert, meer bepaald 20.500,00 EUR en dit na eenzijdige berkeneing door de heer Beernaert zelf.

De heer Beernaert te veroordelen tot betaling aan mevrouw Fukunishi van een bedrag van 59.500,00 € te vermeerderen met de moratoire intresten aan de wettelijke intrestvoet vanaf 30 mei 2012 tot en met dagvaarding en van dan af de gerechtelijke interest tot en met integrale betaling
