Tot op heden heeft eiseres geen klacht neergelegd wegens valsheid , evenmin wordt door eiseres aangetoond dat er een valsheid in de akte zou geslopen zijn.

Eiseres tracht in huidige procedure het bestaan van de notaiele akte gewoon te negeren en beweert tegen de inhoud van deze akte in dat zij recht zou hebben op een opleg van 80,000 euro.

De inhoud van de akte is nogthans zer duidelijk en bepaalt dat geen van beide partijen een opleg verschuldigd is.

De vordenring van eiseres dient dan ook als manifest ongegrond te worden afgewezen.
