Eerste buitenlandse sponsor meldt zich voor Paastoernooi

Nog minder dan tien weken en dan klinkt het eerste fluitsignaal van het Marc Overmars Paastoernooi. De lijst deelnemende ploegen is op één naam na compleet en de organisatie gaat binnenkort van start met de actieve werving van 150 gastgezinnen.

In tussentijd zijn we ook bezig om het toernooi financieel mogelijk te maken. Dat gaat deels door middel van een grote verloting met weer prachtige prijzen, maar ook deels door sponsoring door bedrijven die het toernooi een warm hart toe dragen. En we hebben een primeur dit jaar, namelijk de eerste sponsor van buiten de landsgrenzen. De Heisen Group uit Japan is enthousiast over de deelname van FC Tokyo aan het toernooi en heeft zich spontaan aangemeld als sponsor. Uiteraard is de organisatie hier bijzonder blij mee.
