Zoals gesteld in zijn e-mail van 23 september 2013 stelt hij van 35.000,00 EUR terugbetaalde aan concluante terwijl daar geenszins 1 eurocent betaald werd…
Wel bevestigd hij hierdoor dat hij een ernstig bedrag verschuldigd is en trouwens vermeld hij “weer de discussie omtrent de 80k (80.000,00 EUR)”.
Eveneens omtrent de terugbetalingen voor de belastingen voor de jaren 2010-2011 daar betaalde verweerder enkel 1.500,00 EUR voor de terugbetaling van 2011.
De terugbetaling voor 2010 werd in gemeenschappelijke rekening ingebracht.
