Geachte heer en/of mevrouw Shoji,

U heeft bij ons uw voertuig, Ford Focus met kenteken 61-XT-PZ bij ons achtergelaten.

Helaas is er in de nacht van vrijdag op zaterdag ingebroken in uw auto en is het bijrijdersraam ingeslagen.

Op eerste oogopslag is er niks uit de auto ontvreemd, maar het zou natuurlijk kunnen dat er persoonlijke spullen uit de auto zijn meegenomen. Mochten er spullen weg zijn dan hoor ik dat uiteraard graag.

Helaas heeft Autotaalglas de autoruit niet meer op voorraad en hebben we de ruit niet kunnen vervangen, wel heeft Autotaalglas Hoofddorp er een tijdelijke nood ruit ingezet en de auto volledig uitgezogen, zodat u in ieder geval gewoon weer veilig naar huis kunt rijden.

Graag zou ik van u willen weten of het voertuig een leaseauto betreft of dat het uw eigen eigendom is?
Mocht het een lease auto zijn dat adviseer ik u om contact op te nemen met uw leasemaatschappij.

Graag zou ik met u in contact willen komen voor verdere afhandeling van de schade.

Mocht u verder nog vragen hebben dan hoor ik dat uiteraard graag van u.
